Born in Drummondville, Hélène Beliveau studied fine arts at the Universtiy of Quebec in Montreal.

She has taken part in several painting symposiums across the province of Quebec and has also participated in group exhibitions, mainly in St. Jean-sur-Richelieu. Her works are included in major collections.

Hélène Beliveau is a member of the Regroupement en arts visuels du Québec.
